This notice explains how Ethos Veritas Medica (“EVM”) handles personal information received through this website and its contact channels.

When you contact EVM by email, WhatsApp or the enquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, role or organisation, preferred contact method, the nature of your enquiry and any information included in your message.

How information is used

EVM uses this information to understand and respond to enquiries, communicate with you, assess whether a requested engagement falls within its professional scope, maintain appropriate correspondence and meet applicable legal or professional obligations. Information is processed on the basis of your voluntary submission and consent, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Website form and technical information

The current enquiry form prepares a message in your own email application; it does not store the completed enquiry in an EVM website database. EVM does not currently use advertising trackers. A website hosting provider may nevertheless process basic technical logs, such as an IP address, browser information and access time, for security, reliability and maintenance.

Sensitive information and emergencies

Please do not use this website or its contact channels for medical emergencies. Do not send medical records, identity documents or other sensitive personal information unless EVM has specifically requested them and identified an appropriate channel.

Sharing and service providers

EVM does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used for email, messaging, website hosting or professional support, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights or address security concerns. Each third-party service is also governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, for legitimate record-keeping or as required by applicable law or professional obligations. EVM takes reasonable organisational and technical precautions, but no method of electronic communication or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask EVM to provide information about, correct or delete personal information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent for future processing, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. To make a request or raise a privacy grievance, email ethosveritasmedica@gmail.com. EVM will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.

Children’s information

This website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. A parent or lawful guardian should make any enquiry concerning a child and should avoid sharing unnecessary personal or medical details through the website.

External platforms

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and other external services are governed by the privacy practices of those services. EVM is not responsible for how those platforms process information.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated if EVM changes its website, contact methods or data practices, or if applicable requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with its updated date.
